How we protect what you bring.

What you bring to our tools is often not only yours. It's a client's email, a plan that isn't public yet, a conversation you had with an AI late at night. You should know what happens to it.

So here are the commitments every Arlen product keeps. Each product's privacy policy gives the detail: where its data lives, which providers it uses, and how long it's kept.

Your content isn't used to train AI

We don't use what you bring to train AI models.

Nobody at Arlen reads your content

That's a commitment we make, not a technical lock: we hold the keys. We look only if you ask us to, for support, or if the law requires it.

Encryption

Everything travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Your content is encrypted in our databases, and decrypted only to show it to you or to run what you ask.

Deleting and leaving

Deleting is real: what you delete is removed, not hidden or flagged.
Deleting your account deletes all your content. Each product's privacy policy lists the few records that outlive it, such as the payment records accounting law requires.

What we don't claim

We'd rather tell you our limits than let you find them.

We hold no security certification today.
This isn't end-to-end encryption: we hold the keys.
No online service can promise that nothing will ever go wrong. If a breach affects your content, we tell you without undue delay.
