Arlen

Built for what happens after the answer.

Arlen builds software for the moment AI hands the work back to you.

It starts in a conversation

It often starts late, with a blank page and a deadline. You open ChatGPT, or Claude, or Gemini, and you think out loud. An hour later there's a plan on the screen, a draft for a client, three good ideas and one that doesn't hold. The work has started, and it started in a conversation.

Then it's yours again

Then comes the part no AI does for you. Tomorrow that plan goes out under your name. Someone will ask why. You'll need to know what you actually decided, what the AI only suggested, and what is still open. And the conversation that holds the answer is already sliding out of sight, between dozens of other chats.

That's the moment we care about. Not how fast the answer came, but what happens after it, when you have to stand behind it.

What we build

We build tools for that moment. Each one takes what happened inside an AI and helps you carry it into your work: clear about what was decided, honest about what was only suggested, ready to use outside the chat.

The same logic runs through all of them. The AI proposes; you decide. Your content isn't used to train AI. And a tool should show you its limits, not hide them.

Who it's for

The consultant finishing a recommendation the night before the meeting. The freelancer who has to explain a choice to a client. The founder writing to the team with three AI chats still open.

People who do real work with AI, often for clients, and who answer for what goes out. Usually without a department behind them to check it.

Two products today

Unquote: AI chat review for client work. Uncook: take your work out of the AI, and make it right.

Each has its own name and its own job. They share one idea: AI can start the work. Finishing it, and owning it, stays human.

Where the name comes from

Arlen comes from Les Anses-d'Arlet, a village on the coast of Martinique, known for its clear water. That's what we want our tools to feel like: clear enough to see what's underneath.
