Last updated 4 October 2026.

This page covers arlenhq.com, the website of Arlen. Each Arlen product has its own privacy policy, on its own site, for what you do in that product.

Who we are

arlenhq.com is published by ARLEN SYSTEMS, 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France (RCS Paris 106 174 543). ARLEN SYSTEMS decides how the data described here is used. Contact: contact@arlenhq.com.

What this site doesn’t do

It has no account and no advertising. It sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser, and it sends us nothing you type. We don’t sell data, and we don’t build a profile of you.

What it does

Showing you the page. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., in the United States. Its server logs record the usual technical details of a request, including your IP address. We rely on our legitimate interest in running the site and keeping it available. This transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Counting visits. We use Plausible Analytics to know how many people visit and where they come from. It uses no cookie and stores nothing in your browser. For each page you open, it records the address of the page, the site you came from, your browser, your operating system, your type of device, and your country, region and city, worked out from your IP address. It also counts two actions: a click on a link that leaves this site, with the address it leads to, and the use of the button on the Contact page — never what you typed there. To count a visitor once a day, it turns your IP address and browser details into a coded identifier that changes every 24 hours. The IP address itself is never stored, and nothing lets us or Plausible recognise you the next day or on another site. Plausible is run by Plausible Insights OÜ, in Estonia, and keeps this data in the European Union. We keep these totals for as long as we use Plausible for this site. We rely on our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site is visited.

Because these totals can’t be tied to a person, there is nothing in them we could look up or delete for you. To stay out of the count, block plausible.io in your browser: the page works the same.

Writing to us. On the Contact page, what you type stays in your browser: the button opens a new message in your own email app, with your text in it, and the site sends and keeps none of it. If you send that email, we receive your email address and what you tell us, and we use them to answer you. Your message is held in our mailbox, at our email provider. We keep it for as long as it takes to deal with your request, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us.

Links. Links that leave this site are plain links. Nothing is sent to the other site unless you click.

Your rights, and contact

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and to restrict or object to how we use it: write to contact@arlenhq.com. We answer within one month. If you think we haven’t handled your data properly, you can complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or to the data protection authority where you live.
